Terms of Sale (CGV)

1. Object

The present general conditions of sale (CGV) establish the contractual relations between Business More SARL and any person or entity making a purchase of equipment or services through our website, by phone, or directly in our agency.

2. Products and Services

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalog published on our site (IT, security, furniture, appliances, solar). Each product is accompanied by a description. The photographs of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product offered.

3. Pricing and Quotes

Many of our products require a customized quote due to technical specifications. Prices provided on quotes are valid for a duration of 30 days. Business More SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are definitively validated only after signing the quote and, where applicable, payment of a deposit (generally 50% for installations). The balance is due upon delivery or commissioning of the equipment.

5. Delivery and Installation

Deliveries and installations are made to the address indicated during the order. The delivery times given on the quotes are indicative. In the event of a delay, Business More SARL cannot be held responsible.

6. Warranty and After-Sales Service

All equipment supplied by Business More SARL benefits from a manufacturer's warranty. In the event of non-compliance of a sold product, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded according to the terms of the specific warranty of the equipment.

7. Disputes

The present conditions of sale are subject to Malian law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Bamako, despite multiple defendants or warranty appeal.
